A timesheet PDF shows hours only. There is no pay rate, gross, super or PAYG anywhere on it, so you can hand it to a staff member, a manager or an auditor without disclosing anyone's pay. It is a different document from a payslip.
Steps
- Go to Payments → Export.
- Find the Timesheet PDF card.
- Pick a period: this week, last week, last 2 weeks, this month, last month, or a custom range up to 31 days.
- Choose All staff or one person.
- Press Generate Timesheet, then print or save as PDF.
What is on the page
A summary page lists everyone with their days and total hours. Each person then gets their own page showing every shift — day, clock in, clock out, break and hours — with their totals and signature lines at the foot.
Why the hours may not match the times
Hours are shown in decimal, so 7.50h means seven and a half hours, not 7:50. If your pay rules round clock times to the nearest 15 minutes, a shift punched 8:04am to 3:58pm is calculated as 8:00 to 4:00. The page states every rule that was applied, so the figures can always be checked. You can change rounding under Payments → Pay Rules.
Good to know
- Someone with no shifts still gets a page saying so, rather than being left out.
- A clock-out recorded automatically because nobody clocked out is marked with a dagger and explained.
- Weekends and public holidays are labelled.
- You can generate the same document from the app: Payments → Export.
