How does the free trial work?
Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card upfront. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan. At the end of the trial, choose to subscribe or drop back to the Free plan — your data stays safe either way.
What happens when I hit my staff or location limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. We never cut off your team mid-shift. Upgrade instantly from your dashboard — the change takes effect immediately.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. All charges are prorated fairly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts. On a yearly plan, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
Is my data stored in Australia?
