How do I export to Xero or MYOB?

Export payroll data in formats that import directly into your accounting software.

Available Formats

• Xero Timesheet CSV: Employee, Earnings Rate, Hours, Date — imports directly into Xero payroll.
• MYOB Activity Slip: Last Name, First Name, Payroll Category, Units, Rate, Amount.
• Generic Accountant Pack: All categories broken out (ordinary, Saturday, Sunday, PH, OT, allowances, deductions, PAYG, super).

Steps

1. Go to Payments → Export tab.
2. Select the week and shop scope.
3. Click the format you need under Accounting Export.
4. Send the CSV to your accountant or import into your software.
