How do I track staff pay rates?

Set hourly pay rates per staff member. NestedClock automatically calculates gross pay based on hours worked minus breaks.

Steps

1. Go to Manage → Members and open a staff member.
2. Set their hourly rate.
3. Payments will now show estimated pay calculations for that staff member.

Good to know

• Pay figures are always labelled as estimates — NestedClock helps support cleaner records for payroll review but doesn't replace your payroll system.
• Overtime is tracked automatically based on shift duration.
