The AI Assistant lets you ask questions about your staff, attendance, rosters, and pay in plain English. It's read-only — it can't change anything, only answer questions.

Usage limits
- 125 requests per week included with Business.
- Limits reset every 7 days. When you hit the limit, you'll see the exact reset date.
- Need more? Contact us for custom arrangements.
Access
- Available from the AI Chat page in the sidebar, or the bot icon in the header.
- Only admins can use it — staff and location roles cannot access it.
- Included with Business, or available as a $15/mo add-on on Starter and Professional.
