Add-ons let you extend your plan with exactly what you need — extra staff capacity, more locations, or AI features — without upgrading to a higher tier.
Available add-ons
- Extra Staff Pack (A$10/mo) — Starter: +10 staff, Professional: +20 staff per pack.
- Extra Location Pack (A$10/mo) — Starter: +2 locations, Professional: +5 locations per pack.
- AI Assistant (A$15/mo) — Ask questions about your data in plain English. 125 requests/week.
- AI Agent (A$25/mo) — Take actions via conversation (create shifts, add staff, etc.). 60 requests/week. Includes AI Assistant.
- Mileage Claims (A$12/mo) — Staff submit work-related driving claims with admin approval. Included on Business.
How to purchase
- Go to Settings → Membership.
- Scroll to the Add-ons section.
- Click the price button on the add-on you want.
- Complete checkout via Stripe.
- The add-on activates immediately.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Membership.
- Find the active add-on and click Cancel.
- The add-on remains active until the end of your billing period.
Important notes
- Add-ons require an active paid plan (Starter or above).
- Yearly billing saves ~17% on all add-ons.
- AI Agent includes AI Assistant — no need to purchase both.
- The Business plan already includes the AI Assistant, AI Agent, and Mileage Claims — only the Staff and Location Packs apply there.
- If you upgrade to Business, the AI and Mileage Claims add-ons are automatically cancelled (they're included).
