Photo verification captures a photo every time a staff member clocks in, clocks out, or takes a break. Photos are stored securely and reviewable by admins.
How to enable
- Go to Manage → Shops.
- Edit the shop you want to enable it for.
- Toggle Photo Verification on.
- Save — photos will be captured on the next clock event.
Tips
- Photos are stored securely in the cloud and only visible to admins.
- Photos are grouped by date — today is expanded by default, older dates are collapsed. Click a date to expand.
- Use the shop and staff filters to narrow down what you're looking for.
- Photos are automatically deleted after 14 days.
- This is configurable per shop — you can enable it for some locations and not others.
