GPS tracking records the location coordinates every time a staff member clocks in, out, or takes a break. Admins can verify staff are at the right location.
How to enable
- Go to Manage → Shops.
- Edit the shop and toggle GPS Tracking on.
- Save — GPS coordinates will be recorded on the next clock event.
How to review
- GPS logs are available in the admin dashboard under GPS Logs.
- Each entry includes a Google Maps link so you can see exactly where the clock event happened.
- GPS works on clock in, clock out, and break events.
Tips
- Staff need to allow location access in their browser for GPS to work.
- GPS is especially useful for mobile or field-based teams.
