Each plan has a staff and location limit:
- Free: 3 staff, 1 location
- Starter: 10 staff, 2 locations
- Professional: 30 staff, 5 locations
- Business: 60 staff, 10 locations. Need more? The Staff and Shop Pack add-ons raise these, or contact us for custom pricing.
What happens at the limit?
You won't be able to add more staff or shops until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Everything else keeps working normally — clock-ins, timesheets, payroll, and all other features continue uninterrupted.
On Starter and Professional, the Extra Staff Pack and Extra Shop Pack add-ons raise these limits without moving to a higher plan.
