How does cross-location clocking work?

Cross-location clocking lets staff clock in at one location and clock out at a different one. The system tracks the full location trail per shift.

How it works

1. Staff must be assigned to multiple locations (set up by admin).
2. Staff clock in at Location A as normal.
3. If they move to Location B during their shift, they can take breaks or clock out there.
4. The timesheet shows which location each event happened at.

Tips

• Works with GPS tracking — you'll see the location for each event.
• Great for staff who float between locations during a shift.
