When you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Your data is not deleted — all time entries, rosters, and records are retained for 7 years in compliance with the Australian Fair Work Act. You keep access to Free plan features (3 staff, 1 location, basic timesheets). You can re-subscribe anytime and all your data will be there.
Cancelling is different from deleting your account — deletion permanently erases everything after a 14-day grace period. See Delete Account for details.
