Shop Login Accounts: Turn Any Tablet Into a Permanent Kiosk

Want to leave a tablet at your shop as a dedicated time clock? Shop Login Accounts let you create an email and password for each shop. Log in once, and the tablet stays on the kiosk screen — ready for staff to clock in and out all day.

Setting It Up

When creating a new shop in the admin panel, you'll see a "Kiosk Login" section. Enter an email and password (or auto-generate them), and the shop gets its own login account.

How Staff Use It

1. The tablet shows the kiosk screen with Clock In, Clock Out, Start Break, End Break buttons
2. Staff tap their action, select their name from the list, and enter their 4-digit PIN
3. Photo verification and GPS capture happen automatically if enabled
4. The kiosk returns to the main screen, ready for the next person

Secure by Design

• Back button is disabled — staff can't navigate away from the kiosk
• Each staff member needs their own PIN to clock in
• Photo verification prevents buddy punching
• GPS tracking confirms they're at the right location

Admin Can View As Shop

From the admin panel, you can "Act As" any shop to see exactly what the kiosk looks like. This is useful for testing or troubleshooting without physically being at the shop.
