What It Shows
- Unread messages — staff messages awaiting your response
- Missed clock-outs — staff who forgot to clock out (past 14 days)
How It Works
- Red badge shows the total count
- Click to see a dropdown with details
- Click an item to go directly to the relevant page
- Auto-refreshes every 2 minutes
- Shows "All clear" when nothing needs attention
Auto Email Alerts (Business)
On Business plans, the notification system also automatically checks for late starters every 2 minutes and sends email alerts to your verified subscribers. No manual trigger needed — as long as any admin is logged in, alerts are sent.
Available on Professional and Business plans.
